GINA O'CALLAGHAN, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Gina O’Callaghan hails from Clinton Township, Michigan and has ten years’ experience as a practicing Physician Assistant. In 2011, she graduated from Grand Valley State University with her Bachelor of Science, majoring in health professions and minoring in aging and adult life. She traveled for study abroad in Italy and completed medical mission trips in Costa Rica and Panama. She returned to GVSU for her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated in 2013. She is a Forever Laker! Gina has previously practiced in family medicine and internal medicine, but her true passion is dermatology, which she has been practicing since 2016. She has previously worked in award-winning practices in Charleston, South Carolina and Kalamazoo, Michigan. 

To Gina, listening and empathy are cornerstones of patient care. She is focused on meeting the healthcare needs of her patients and helping people truly love their own skin. She recently moved to northern Michigan with her husband, a hand surgeon, and two children. She is excited to be serving the community and sharing her experience here at Rogers Dermatology. When she’s off duty, she enjoys spending time with her family and beloved labradoodle at the beach, skiing, biking, swimming, and hunting for Petoskey stones.
